Tinubu Ran Ambode Out Of Lagos, I’ll Run His Brother Oyetola Out Of Osun - Aregbesola

Messrs Aregbesola and Oyetola’s political fallout has continued to heat up Osun, with security agencies appearing to take sides.

Interior minister Rauf Aregbesola has accused his estranged political godfather and APC national leader Bola Tinubu of double standards in Osun’s party affairs, vowing to thwart Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s bid for reelection.

According to the ex-Osun governor, Mr Tinubu orchestrated former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s failure to seek reelection, with the party against his second-term bid.

“That was how it was sometime in Lagos when a governor rejected by the party wanted to contest a second term. The party refused. It is the same today, and the party in Osun will refuse his brother a second term. It will happen and nothing shall stop it.
