Federal High court sitting in Abuja has adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s case, on the abridgement of time, to January 18.

The court also held that it will hear all other pending applications on the matter on the same day.

The date for the trial remains January 19, 2022, as the court could not accommodate moving the date forward.

Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, had applied the abridgement of time, bail and also challenged the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter, but only the application on the abridgement was attended to in the court on Thursday.
